What this is
Many businesses now want AI to do their SEO, and some are replacing their SEO person or agency with it. Most owners don’t have the time to build the knowledge base an AI needs, so they get generic content that gets their products wrong.
I fix that in 30 days. I set up an AI SEO agent inside your own AI account, train it on your brand, products and customers, connect it to your tools, and give it the playbooks I use in senior SEO work. Then I check its work every month so it stays accurate.
What it takes off your plate
Product and category pages
Drafts in your voice, built around the questions buyers ask, with structured data that matches the page.
Blog posts
Fewer, better posts aimed at real buyer searches and AI answers, not volume.
Product photos
Lifestyle and background scenes made from your real product photos. The product itself is never changed.
Social posts
A month of post drafts and a posting calendar from each new page.
Reports
A one-page weekly report from Search Console and GA4: what moved, why, and what to do next.
Backlinks
Finds relevant sites and drafts the outreach. You or I send it.
AI visibility checks
Asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity your buyer questions each month and records who gets named.
Your CRM
Leads, follow-ups and reports land in the CRM you already use, for example HubSpot.
What’s in the 30-day setup
| Week | What happens | You get |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Interviews and a review of your site, products, past content and competitors. One-off connections to your tools: Search Console, GA4, your store, your CRM and any paid SEO tool you already use. | Your knowledge base: brand voice, product facts, customer questions, competitors, and the claims you can and can’t make |
| 2 | I write the playbooks and workflows for your top tasks, using current SEO, AI search and marketing methods, to the standard large in-house teams work to. | Playbooks for pages, posts, photos, social, reports and outreach |
| 3 | The agent does real work: 5 pages, a week of social posts, a report and an outreach list. I check every line and turn each correction into a rule. | Tested workflows, and a record of what I changed and why |
| 4 | Handover and training. | A 90-minute recorded training session, written instructions, an AI use policy for your team, and the test set used for monthly drift checks |
Prefer to keep everything on your own server? I can set up a self-hosted version, which gives you more control over your data. I quote it after the first call, because the hosting depends on your setup.
Who checks the work
Every playbook, and every month’s output, is checked by Chris Wentzel, a senior SEO strategist with 15 years’ experience, certified in AI governance through Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
How it gets better: every correction you or I make becomes a written rule in its knowledge base, so the same mistake doesn’t come back.
How it stays on track: AI tools update constantly, and their output can slowly drift off-brand or off-fact. Each month I run the same set of test tasks, compare the results with the approved versions and fix anything that has slipped. No one can promise an AI will never make a mistake. What I can promise is that someone senior checks it every month.
Monthly plans after setup
Care: $300/month
Monthly drift test and fixes, playbook updates when Google or the AI tools change, and email support.
Care Plus: $500/month
Everything in Care, plus a 45-minute strategy call each month, a monthly AI visibility re-test and one new workflow every quarter.
Both are month to month. Cancel any time and keep everything.
Why it costs $2,500
| Option | Typical price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-blog apps | $9 to $24 a month | Posts in volume, with no strategy and no checks |
| AI SEO software | From about $299 a month | A tool to run yourself |
| Small SEO agency | $1,500 to $3,000 a month, often on a 6-month contract | A team doing the work; it stops when you stop paying |
| Freelance SEO consultant | $500 to $2,000 a month | One person’s hours |
| Done-for-you AI setup by a consultant | $4,500 to $15,000 setup, then $750 to $2,500 a month | A custom setup, usually general business AI, not SEO |
| AI SEO Strategist Setup | $2,500 once, then $300 to $500 a month | An SEO agent you own, trained and checked by a senior strategist |
Over a first year, a small agency at $1,500 a month costs $18,000. This setup with 11 months of Care costs $5,800, or $8,000 with Care Plus. The price is below a typical AI consultant’s setup and well above an app, because you get a senior strategist’s judgement built into a system you own.
Pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| You own the system, with no lock-in | You still need 1 to 2 hours a week to review and approve |
| Much cheaper than an agency over a year | Your AI subscription and any SEO tools are extra |
| Trained on your real products and customers, not generic prompts | SEO results still take 3 to 6 months to show |
| Senior checks every month, plus a written AI use policy | AI tools change monthly, so it needs upkeep to stay accurate |
| Covers the jobs that eat your week: pages, photos, social, reports and outreach | Not for anyone who wants SEO fully on autopilot with no checks |
Who it’s for
- Online stores and service businesses that already have products or services people search for.
- Owners or small teams who write their own content and want it faster without losing accuracy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you training a new AI model?
No. I train an AI you already use (ChatGPT or Claude) on your business: a knowledge base about your brand and products, written playbooks for each task, and rules it must follow. That is how business AI setups are trained today, and it means everything stays yours.
Which AI does it run on?
Your own ChatGPT or Claude account, or a self-hosted version on your own server. The AI subscription is paid by you directly, usually $20 to $100 a month per user.
Do I own it?
Yes. The knowledge base, playbooks and workflows live in your accounts. If you stop the monthly plan, you keep everything.
Will Google penalise AI content?
Google penalises mass-produced, low-value pages, as its August 2026 spam update showed. This setup does the opposite: fewer pages, aimed at real buyer questions, checked before anything goes live.
How much of my time does it need?
About 2 hours a week in the first month for interviews and reviews, then 1 to 2 hours a week to review and approve what it drafts.
Does it publish on its own?
No. It drafts, and you or I approve. Nothing goes live and no outreach is sent without a person checking it first.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. It runs month to month with no contract. Without it, the setup keeps working, but nobody checks it for drift or updates it when Google and the AI tools change.
